A free shoutbox for your website
Give visitors to your blog, shop or sports site a place to chat together. Embed Speechbox with a code snippet or use the WordPress plugin. Your community stays on your website.
What is included for free?
The free shoutbox supports up to 50 simultaneous participants and messages of up to 140 characters. Visitors refresh messages manually. You can change the design, delete messages and block users. Speechbox uses no tracking or marketing cookies.
When would I need Premium?
Premium adds automatic realtime refresh, image uploads and more design options. It supports up to 200 simultaneous participants and messages of up to 1,000 characters. Every new box gets a 14-day trial without payment details. You can keep the free box afterwards.
A chat on your site or a separate community app?
If you want visitors to talk while they read your blog or follow a match, an embedded shoutbox keeps the conversation on that page. If your community already meets in Discord, consider whether a second chat would help them.
